In accordance with ASHP Residency Standards, the residency will focus on the development of clinical skills, leadership, communication, teaching and various professional attributes. The resident will accomplish these skills by completing the necessary rotational and longitudinal experiences tailored to the individual resident over a course of 12 months. IRMC is excited to be offering six resident positions for a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY1) Program.
