Focused on providing more of what our patients and their families want and need in healthcare, Indian River Medical Center's Board of Directors, Medical Executive Committee, Auxiliary Board and Executive Management Team each contributes their respective skills and expertise to lead the hospital.

Indian River Medical Center is led by a volunteer Board of Directors, three of whom are appointed by the Indian River Hospital District, which owns the hospital. One of the 12 is elected by the Medical Staff and three are ex-officio members: the President/CEO, Chief of the Medical Staff, and the Vice Chief of the Medical Staff.
