Heart Expo Lecture Series - Mended Hearts
Join Mended Hearts Inc. of Vero Beach/Indian River County and IRMC for a day of lectures, presentations, exhibits and screenings devoted to improving and maintaining your heart health.
At 9:15 a.m., Dr. Cary Stowe, medical director, IRMC Cardiovascular Surgery Services, will present "The Heart Center - the First Year Stats."
At 10 a.m., Dr. Janet Anderson, IRMC cardiologist, will present "Women and Heart Disease."
IRMC cardiologist Dr. Robert Hendley will be speaking on "An Overview of Coronary Artery Disease" at 10:45 a.m.
Feb. 16, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Light heart-healthy refreshments will be served. The Heart Expo is free and open to the public. To reserve a spot, call 772.563.4627.
